This page contains the key terms and conditions and standard pricing that apply to LawHawk’s services.
This document sets out LawHawk's standard Licence Fees for certain of its automated solutions with effect from 1 October 2025.
This document will apply when incorporated into any contract between LawHawk and a Customer, except to the extent modified in that contract or otherwise agreed by LawHawk in writing.

These terms only apply when they are expressly incorporated into another agreement, which could be LawHawk’s General Terms and Conditions or another agreement.

These terms only apply when they are expressly incorporated into another agreement such as a Professional Serivces Order, or if LawHawk do not formally agree upon and execute a Professional Services Order, and LawHawk provides Professional Services at the Customer’s request anyway.
